Alas, not
so rarely it happens that the work actually ceased to please you, and with the
head came complete psychological incompatibility. And maybe you even made it
clear that there is no longer need your services, and even directly pointed to
the door. What then?
Understand
the situation,
First of
all: Get a clear statement from the heads of reasons why you fired. Labor Code
clearly prescribes the procedure for the dismissal: the employer may charge the
employee a systematic failure of labor duties, but in this case it shall
require the employee's explanation of the reasons in writing.
In
addition, the employer applies the disciplinary action, he can declare
objectionable employee more than two reprimands. And whatsoever to dismiss a worker
can be no earlier than one month after the fixed default employee attendance.
An employee
can be fired either in connection with the violation of labor discipline, or
because of false information provided to them (for example, a fake diploma), or
in connection with the liquidation of the institution or the change of the
state in which it operates. In this case, you should inform the dismissal in
writing and no later than two months.
Do your
best to defend their rights - and your dismissal would entail a minimum of
material and moral losses.
